Does anyone know what this is? They have been washing up in some numbers along Chesil Beach in recent storms.
They are plastic, 11.5cms long and the cup is 3cms across and 2.3 cms deep. The writing on the handle is 'PP 14 7699' and there is a symbol of three arrows forming a triangle. The cup has three small holes in the base so would not have held liquid.
